I wanted to get a shout out to Casey and LinkyBot. They've done a phenomenal job. As a marketing agency, I had a little hesitation. I'm happy to say I was proven way wrong. LinkyBot has been amazing. It's reaching out. It's building my network. It's still producing appointments like clockwork. So it's been really awesome. I didn't realize how detailed the targeting you can get, which has been very helpful because we mainly focus on companies of certain sizes and industries and things like that. And so you can get really hyper targeted on criteria like that. Casey's amazing. I've known him for a couple of years now. Great guy. I would highly recommend it.

I also just compliment your LinkyBot. I really like the tone and tenor of the conversations. I'm not having to intervene, and I'm surprised at how good the bot is. It really is good.

They did it all for me, and I just started having connections, you know? It is my best ROI on any lead source that I have. So I started January 1st. We closed six transactions between April and October, and then I closed my seventh in January. And if you use it to build relationships, you don't even need to be salesy. You're building these relationships with people, and not only can you get buyer and seller leads, you can get referrals off of these people if you do it the right way. Growing my sphere of influence has been huge, and I have met some incredible people that I haven't done sales with, but one guy, actually the first guy that I ever met with, he did end up buying and selling with me. So some of these people are now my friends, and you don't get that anywhere else.

I was immediately sold because I tried a whole bunch of lead sources, and there were none that spoke so directly to my sphere as this product. So it's not even really a lead gen source. It's just a connection source, and out of that organically comes leads. We got set up. Within a month, I had three deals under contract. It was incredible. And beyond that, other deals are coming, because these are people that are in your sphere that share your interests, your likes, your commonalities. I've used it for a number of campaigns, both in real estate and other things. And I've also referred a bunch of my colleagues, even outside of the real estate industry, to this platform, because I think it's just so incredible, so robust.
